Why I’ve Created This Program

I’ve spent over half a decade helping people rebuild themselves. People who had quietly given up, while their world was falling apart around them.

I’ve rehabilitated bodies that were told non-surgical treatment would fail.

I’ve coached high-performers running multi–seven-figure companies… who still couldn’t sit alone with themselves for ten minutes.


But this didn’t just come from what I’ve seen. It came from what I lived.

There was a point in my life where everything fell apart at once.

I tore my patella tendon.

The most important person in my life walked away.

I gained nearly 20 kilos.

I dreaded waking up.

I hated the life I was living… and for the first time, I couldn’t recognise who the man in the mirror was.

I wasn’t just struggling physically.

I struggled mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

I wasn’t just injured.

I was lost.


And truthfully… if I never went through that dark tunnel,

Shraz The Physio wouldn’t exist.

Evolve Physio wouldn’t exist.

And this course would have never been created.

I built this as a manual for the version of me who felt like his entire world was collapsing and like no one truly understood what he was going through.
